Valparaiso wrapped up its final back-to-back weekend with a disappointing loss to #10 ranked Munster on Saturday, 59-37.

Munster jumped out to an early lead and never looked back. The Vikings struggled to stop the Mustangs potent offensive attack while also struggling to find an offensive rhythm on the night.

Mason Jones led scoring with 19 points and 11 rebounds while Jack Smiley added 10 points on the night. Alec Platipodis gave a tremendous effort off the bench, grabbing 5 rebounds and playing inspired defense.

The JV boys basketball team was defeated by the Munster Mustangs 57-49. The Mustangs were 8-11 from the arc and the Vikings could not match their hot shooting. We were led by Caden Crowell's 15 points and Isaiah Keene's 7 rebounds. KJ Avery added 7 points and 6 assists and Trent Kimes added 6 points and 5 assists.
