In a non-conference game at home on December 21, 2024, the Valparaiso Vikings emerged victorious over Bishop Noll, securing a well-earned 53-43 win. Valpo started strong, scoring 12 points in the first quarter while holding Bishop Noll to 11.

By halftime, the Vikings had extended their lead to 27-15, nearly doubling their opponent’s score and setting the tone for the rest of the game. Valpo’s well-balanced gameplay allowed them to maintain a lead throughout the four quarters. Valpo’s victory was led by Kimes, who led with 18 points. Kimes also contributed 2 steals in his 28 minutes on the court. Avery was another standout for Valpo, scoring 13 points while going a perfect 9-for-9 from the free-throw line.

Valpo’s attack proved vital, with contributions from multiple players. Crowell added 8 points, hitting 50% of his shots, and grabbed a team-high 6 rebounds.
